Aon wanted to ensure that employees were made aware of all of the fantastic new features and technology available to them and to create a buzz within the company about this fresh, more flexible way of working. The concept we created was based around the phrase “A Lighter Way of Working”. This message reinforced the sense of freedom achieved through a flexible working environment and being able to use various spaces that are tailored to you.
The new offices featured fantastic new work spaces such as breakout pods for conferencing, quiet studies, amphitheatres for presentations and “engine rooms” that promoted agile working. We visualised this message by taking images of people in realistic office environments and lifting them off the ground, as if the very act of ‘agile working’ would set you free.
The messaging was displayed throughout the offices on poster boards and display screens and reinforced through internal HTML emails and the intranet. We used the data stream graphical elements in a vibrant colour palette to bring the Aon brand to life through the materials.
The campaign was well received by employees and key stakeholders, assisting with the smooth transition to an agile working environment. The materials were engaging and conveyed a clear message while staying true to the Aon brand.
