The organisation required a series of posters to use internally within their offices as a new initiative for improved customer service within the group. These included designs introducing customer service week and the customer service STAR, a new programme which was developed to recognise excellence in individuals work. The programme allowed both colleagues and customers to nominate individuals who they felt did an exceptional job in helping lower-income families find suitable housing.
We took the triangle shapes from the SHG logo and reworked these into a visually engaging layout, providing geometrical dividers to house striking imagery of employees and key information. A vibrant palette of primary colours was used to gain attention and emulate the feeling of the fun and friendly workplace it represented.
We used a graphical approach on a textured white background for the secondary informative poster to allow for the content to be displayed in a clear, concise way. A geometrical approach was used across the design, combining triangular and square blocks to display process and service-offering diagrams. The award title was represented using a star shape created with brush strokes in the striking primary colour palette.
The series was fun, innovative and engaging, and inspired employees to reach high customer service levels.
