Dedicated to 'underdogs' and 'wunderdogs'. Wunderdog is a new, hot-off-the-press, dog-lifestyle magazine with original content on rescue dogs, charities, fashion, health and care. Featuring original illustration and photography the tone of the magazine is art, culture and lifestyle.
Linked to it's online platform the Wunderdog magazine is a bi-annual, independent magazine which offers design flair and first class original content in, what we believe will become, a global brand for dog lovers.
Whilst the overall feel of the magazine is friendly, the writers and contributors are professionals; there is a vet and a dog trainer on the editorial team and many of the pieces are written by journalists who have written for The Times, The Guardian and The Atlantic.
We worked closely with Wunderdog's founder Nina, from project inception to create a design style and magazine format that would become synonymous with the Wunderdog brand and lift the genre of canine-loving magazines to a new level. The visual style of the magazine is ‘Insta-friendly’ – with a seamless mix of professional, yet creative photography and expressive illustrations featured throughout. From a reader’s perspective, not only did it have to look beautiful, it had to be a magazine worth reading.
